We take a simplier approach to this plan. We will develop a comprehensive business plan using the Business Intelligence Triangle method that will be the operating structure of your business. This plan does not include financial reports but does include an easy-to-use ROI tracking spreadsheet and intitial business analysis. Cost = $6000.00
Business Inception Roadmap and Documents
Do you have a great idea for a new product or service and just don't know where to begin? We offer a two hour brainstorming session to help organize your ideas and get your business development plan started. We will also assist you in deciding on a corporate structure, secure your initial business documents, advise you in business banking, and get you on the road to a success business adventure! Deluxe Marketing Plan
We develop a fully integrated 360 degree marketing plan for you to use inconjunction with your overall business plan or as a stand alone plan. In this plan we include the six functional areas of marketing management: marketing, sales, advertising, account management, public relations, and brand management. We include a branding campaign, at least two "purple cows", and tools for ROI tracking and forecasting and budgeting. $8000.00
Basic Marketing Plan
We will develop a basic marketing plan that includes your brand and management of the four P's of marketing: price, product, placement, and promotion. Cost = $4000.00
Brand Creation and Branding Campaign
How does your company look and feel? What is the public perception of your company? Are you memorable? We will help you identify your brand image, develop a branding portfolio, and create a comprehensive brand management plan that will lock your brand into your customers memory. Cost = $4000.00 (please note that we do partner with a grahic artist for new logo creation and graphic brand creation and will include an additional cost based on customer needs)
Marketing/Advertising Campaign
At a loss on how to get more customers? Let us develop a marketing plan and advertising campaign to target your specific areas of desired growth. We will use the same proven method that we use in the 360 degree marketing plan and apply it to one product, service, event, holiday, or timeframe. Customer Service Training Class
There are three things that will kill a business quicker than anything else: bad financial planning, bad products, and bad customer service. We have developed a four hour training seminar that will focus your employees on the benefits, techniques, and tools of great customer service that will directly increase your bottom-line. We provide each student with a workbook, individualized instruction, role-playing, technique focusing excersises, and customized instruction to fit your specific needs as a growing company.
