We will assist the restaurateur in learning to read and use financial reports, look at food costs and ROI, improve performance and daily operations, set quality and cost controls, and develop an overall sustainable business plan that provides for sustainable growth.  You will be receiving all restaurant reports in addition to the deluxe business plan.
