Lea Anne has over 20 years of Business Development, Organizational Management and Learning and Performance experience. Lea Anne is known for her creative problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop and maintain working team relationships. Her master’s degree in Organizational Management continues to assist her in Business Systems development, Functional and Investor-Ready Business Plan Development, Marketing Plan Development, and numerous areas of Corporate Training and Learning Programs.
Lea Anne has developed an expertise in designing and developing both Business
Development and Change Management strategies with comprehensive implementation
plans for growing companies. Her expertise allows companies to rise to the next
level of business while maintaining a sustainable growth pattern. Lea Anne has led
internal process development projects to create and map new policies and procedures
during companies’ transitional phases. She has authored many strategic change
management plans, based on a systems-thinking approach. She has served as lead consultant on organizational management projects in all functional areas, including strategic planning, risk management, learning organizations, organizational culture, systems thinking, performance improvement, project management, budget analysis, and strategic marketing. Lea Anne has served as a Director of Marketing for three industry-leading companies, and guided each company to a substantial growth in sales and client base by adding to and diversifying their product mix.

Steve began his management career while still in the United States Air Force where he became a decorated war veteren. Steve has numerous years of experience in Human Resource Management, Business Process and Logistics, and Operational Management. Today Steve invests his experience and skills in small business development and strategic growth planning.
